Twin Tigers Academy is a family operated business that offers self defense and martial arts classes for individuals of all ages, including unique classes for special needs students. After School Martial Arts program provide transportation for children and all day camps are also offered during all school breaks.

Students will learn more than just self defense; they will also master self control, body and mind discipline, and breathing techniques. Sifu Carrillo and his family have a passion for the Martial Arts and are determined to help every student accomplish their goals and transform them into more confident people. After School Program

Sifu Bear Carrillo has been providing the leading standard of martial arts instruction in Brentwood, Oakley and Discovery Bay in California for over 4 years and is offering a unique transported after school martial arts program!
We transport students from their school to ours.   When students arrive at our school, they will have time to spend in our after school room where students have the opportunity to work on their homework and other constructive activities before their class starts.  When class starts, students are geared up in their uniforms and participate in a 45-minute martial arts class.   These classes are structured to build character development daily emphasizing on Discipline, Respect, Honor and Self-Control. Parents can be reassured their children are being supervised and protected by highly qualified staff at all times until parents pick them up from Twin Tigers.
When you do pick up your child daily from the program, they will have completed their martial arts class, worked on homework, and are ready to spend some quality family time with you.
Our after school program is designed for children grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. It’s a constructive alternative to daycare designed for working parents with young children that need a safe and fun place to go after school. We are NOT a daycare. Here are the benefits of the program:

In today’s busy world where multi-tasking is an essential skill, it is difficult to balance a career with the needs of your family and children.   For example, music lessons, karate class, and tutoring might be some of the many activities that you have to juggle in your everyday routine. What we are providing here is the evolution of the modern day after school program.  Indeed, our after school program was created specifically with your needs in mind. Our design is geared towards improving your child’s confidence, self-discipline, self-respect, and self-control. Whether it is through our Bully Buster Seminar or general martial arts programs, your child will gain the valuable life skills to overcome any obstacle in life.
HOW DO WE DO THIS? By actually picking up your child from their school and transporting them to our facility. They are provided a place to do their homework, snack time, and a martial arts training at the end of your workday.  You are able to pick your child up without having to worry about fighting through traffic.  For those new to the martial arts, this will be a great opportunity to experience the benefits that our training has to offer, such as increased speed, strength, flexibility, and overall fitness. All this will take place in a positive environment conducive to physical and mental learning.
For students already in the martial arts, this is an amazing opportunity to acquire and improve their leadership and presentation skills, as well as engage in training specifically designed to bring out their potential.
We at Twin Tigers are confident in our program’s ability to provide you with great results. In a matter of weeks, you will notice the difference martial arts has made in your child’s life. Without a doubt, our program will give you the freedom to focus on what is truly important, your family.
The key attribute of the A+ Program is the motivational, goal-oriented, Karate classes that students participate in each day.  Professional instructors lead these classes. Classes focus on clearly defined curriculum arranged so each student can set goals, train to achieve them, and experience consistent progress.  Students can expect improvements in coordination, overall physical fitness, and concentration skills. Martial Arts also provide valuable self-defense skills and instill self-confidence and personal pride.
The A+ Program definitely is not one-dimensional.  It includes exercise, structured games, obstacle courses, team relay races, balance drills… the list goes on….. and valuable down time for schoolwork, reading and other activities with pick-up time by 6:30 pm.  Our After-school program easily rolls into our optional Martial Arts Summer Camp, which begins after the last day of school and ends right before school starts.
